Custom-built casting beds are made with Expanded Polystyrene to produce an endless variety of site-cast, tilt-up concrete wall panels. Stack casting reduces space and curing time. Tilt-up panels can be insulated on one side, fully insulated or non-insulated. Standard tilt-up guidelines and engineering are used to produce wall panels for residential, commercial or institutional projects. Panels can be post-tensioned to reduce reinforcing and improve performance.
