Custom-built casting beds are made with Expanded Polystyrene to produce an endless variety of site-cast, tilt-up concrete wall panels. Stack casting reduces space and curing time. Tilt-up panels can be insulated on one side, fully insulated or non-insulated. Standard tilt-up guidelines and engineering are used to produce wall panels for residential, commercial or institutional projects. Panels can be post-tensioned to reduce reinforcing and improve performance.

ACCESSORIES

	ADHESIVES	The LiteForm service center offers only the highest quality foam adhesives on the market. These adhesives anchor forms to footings and can insulate gaps in windows and door openings.
	MOISTURE BARRIERS	There is only one time to waterproof your foundation project and it is before you backfill. High quality waterproofing membranes for below-grade, exterior applications are available.
	BRACING and SHORING	Re-usable form braces with LiteForm’s patented nylon scaffold brackets offer strong work platforms that last through the toughest jobsites and climates. Ask about high quality adjustable shoring posts for Lite-Deck projects.
	TOOLS	EPS cutting tools, vibrators and glue guns are all available through the LiteForm service center. These professional ICF tools save time and labor.
	EXTERIOR COATINGS	EIFS, stucco, and other exterior finishes are also available from the LiteForm service Center. Call for more information on specific products and suggested installation.
	POST TENSION	Establish long clear spans with less concrete and conventional reinforcing. Lite-Form offers the entire array of post-tension cables and accessories.
